On the home page, enter your postcode, choose a service and select Find pet care to see carers covering your area. You can also browse Services & prices to read what each service includes. Follow the booking option for your chosen care, sign in or create an account when asked, then complete the details shown.
How do you keep my information safe?
We protect your account and booking information with secure sign-in and restricted access. Carers receive the customer, pet and address details needed for their bookings, and authorised staff can access information needed to support you and run the service. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used, shared and kept, and how to contact us about it.
Are bookings and payments secure? Do you store my card details?
Bookings are linked to your signed-in account, and online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Paws & Claws does not receive or store your full card number, card security code or full bank-account details. We keep payment references, amounts and payment or refund status so we can manage your booking. Enter payment details only in the secure checkout, never in a message or on WhatsApp.
What if the service I need is not listed, or I need something different?
Please send us a note using the contact form or chat with us on WhatsApp. Tell us about your pet, postcode, dates and the care you have in mind, including unusual timings, a combination of services or any special needs. We will discuss what may be possible and confirm the arrangements and price before you book. Sending an enquiry does not make a booking.
